Why is Pilates so Effective?

Louise Forscher is a fully certified Pilates instructor, trained at Long Beach Dance Conditioning in Pilates mat and equipment, rehabilitation and dance work. She has 30 yrs experience in the field of dance as a performer, teacher and choreographer in New Zealand and England, with a Teacher's Certificate with merit from the Royal Academy of Dance, London. She is also a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. This is a body formed to keep the ethics and standards of the Pilates method. Louise is a graduate of the national certification exam for Pilates instructors ,implemented by the Pilates Method Alliance.

She came across Pilates in the field of dance and was astonished at the improvements it made physically to one’s ability in movement both for herself and her pupils.
