Would you not say that the best weight loss program would be one that if you follow it, it has long lasting results. It is not a fly by night fad of the week but gives you a way of life that is within your capability to do and stick to and see results.

It is simple to follow and based on proper nutrition and proper exercise and not a crap shoot where you are doing Russian Roulette with the next promise to totally revamp your body with no input from you except perhaps lifting your arm to drop the next pill.

How about stiffening discipline a bit? This is not saying that there are not some great probably revolutionary products on the market today that do not improve overall health to a marked degree, but I doubt any of them are as effective as they could be without a stable base to work from which is your basic core nutritional and exercise program.
