Monthly Tips to Reach Your Ultimate Health!!

Depression Cause or Source

What are the mechanics of one’s mind? When one feels depression or a negative mood, what specifically is the mind doing that makes on feel that way?

Simply stated, the mind records everything in mental image picture form. Painful experiences are recorded in the mind at these moments that one may not have the full awareness of and thus they are able to have a negative effect on one through time and affect one’s ability to operate as efficiently as possible until they are handled.

It does not matter what religion or race one is, the mind is the mind and it has a way that it operates that one should know about so one knows how to go about handling it to make oneself more able.

If you own a car, computer, camera, etc. you can operate it better and more efficiently if you know how to operate it. Why would it be any different for the mind? It is just a matter of seeing that this is the case and how it works and applying some tools to tune it up, get rid of the garbage that is pulling one down and put it to use in a more effective state.

We have looked at symptoms and also treatment.

Just reading a book alone can put one well on the road out of depression as one will understand why one feels the way one does and can then do something about it.

Then the future is what you make it.
