Home Exercise Workout

Well, this is not a workout to do as such but more like how you can effectively do this.
If you are looking for a home exercise or workout you have 3 options:

1. You get a DVD – I have lines to good ones on this site. This means you need to watch it, learn each exercise and make sure it is the right level for you. Then you have to do it – regularly. Set a time or times – like an appointment time with an instructor and do it.

2. You get a once a week workout in a class or with a private instructor and you practice the stuff you have learnt in between until eventually you can do it yourself at home with a boost from an instructor every now and again. Or you just keep on your once a week and keep at it in between lessons.

3. You get an instructor to come to your home regularly or on the basis of 2 above.

(1) and (2) require you put some energy create into this and discipline. If you don’t have self discipline – forget it. Join a class or get private lessons.

The hardest bit is always the starting up bit when you are unfit, not used to it and like a creaky car not used for awhile, the body protests it all the way. It is important to learn the fundamentals of Pilates to get the benefits of it.

But once you get over that hump it becomes part of your life and it feels strange without it.
