Hi. My name is Jean Nichols. I have been working to handle my weight since I can remember with diets, supplements, etc. I was 330 pounds in December 2004 with very bad back and leg pains. I had to sleep in a recliner as it was too painful to sleep in a bed. Because I had so much pain, I had to use a wheelchair, even in the house. I was not happy.
